Personal Profile
NVQ 3 or Diploma in the related field.
3-5 years experience in similar capacity will be added advantage.
Passed GCE (A/L) & GCE(O/L).
Effective communication skills in Tamil and English (Sinhala Preferable).
Age below 35 years
Job Profile
Perform Electrical & A/C products on-site.
Preparing quotations and communicating to service center
Supervising Trainee Technicians and Service Franchise agents.
Arranging technical training program as required.
Informing quality issues to the management.
Maintaining accurate information in service system
Achieve set KPIs assigned for the role.
